Returns and Refund policy

Terms & Conditions:

  • In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • No Refunds and Exchanges on certain products. Please check individual product pages for more details on each product. No returns or exchanges during sales.
  • Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds. A gift card will be provided for the said amount with a six-month validity.
  • In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should have all tags on and should be in its original packaging with the seal intact. It should be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted  and will be returned to you at your expense. No gift card will be issued in this case.
  • We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or Brand retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
  • Any products purchased from Tissa Fontaneda India Retail store will have to be returned to the place of purchase. 
  • In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Process: In order to return a pair of shoes, customers can call or WhatsApp: +91 9326053568 between 11.30 am and 6pm from Monday to Saturday. Or send an email to: 

Gift Card: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a gift card within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the gift card which can then be used on your next purchase from our website.

How to use a Tissa Fontaneda India Gift Card: 

  • Tissa Fontaneda India gift card can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the gift card code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the gift card is 6 months.
  • The gift card does not include the shipping fee paid when placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a gift card.

ABOUT THE HANDBAGS AND ACCESSORIES

  • All products at Tissa Fontaneda India are manufactured using Spanish Nappa leather material. We do not suggest wearing them in and around water.
  • Varied weather conditions can affect the conditions of the products including the accessories that come with it. We request you to store them in a dust bag provided by the brand.
  • Due to the artisanal creation process: All measurements are approximate. There may be color variations. Color of lining may vary from image shown.
