- Tissa Fontaneda handbags and accessories purchased from the store can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase at the store itself and not online. Exchanges can only be done from the same source of purchase.
- The handbag or accessory can be either exchanged for a different size or a new style, provided if the excess amount (if any) is paid for at the store. If the amount is less than the original amount a credit note will be provided for the same.
- The Tissa Fontaneda handbag or accessory must be in the same condition as it were when purchased. If the product is used or damaged, we will not accept it. All tags, quality tags should be on the product and the product should be in its original bag with the seal intact. The original invoice should be returned along with the product.
- We do not provide any monetary refunds.
- Pre-orders placed at the store will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of purchase depending upon the availability of the bag in Spain.
